Overview
Lifecare is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Senior Receptionist to become the face of our Wembley clinic and support our Allied Health team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (25–30 hours per week). You will work closely with and report to the Regional Practice Manager, and thrive in a busy customer-facing environment while making a genuine difference to people's day.

What you'll be doing
* Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient
* Coordinating day-to-day reception and clinic operations
* Rostering and ensuring adequate admin coverage within set targets
* Completing clinic timesheets and supporting payroll processing
* Managing debt and supporting effective debt recovery processes
* Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes
* Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
* Supporting coverage across multiple sites when required
What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds — experience in a medical or allied health setting is desirable, but not essential.
* Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role
* A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential
