Main Responsibilities
1. Lead the coordination and delivery of training activity for all employees;
2. Maintain training systems and processes, ensuring compliance and up-to-date tracking of all training, certifications, qualifications, renewals;
3. Ensure all colleagues follow established procedures; contribute to creating consistent efficient learning environments;
4. Work closely with managers to schedule plan training aligned operational professional requirements,
