The Role

Rockingham SHS is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager Corporate Services to join our leadership team and contribute to the smooth, efficient, and compliant management of the school’s business operations.
As the Associate Manager Corporate Services, you will coordinate the provision of corporate services and operational support across finance, human resources, facilities, and administration. Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services and the Principal, you will play a key role in implementing business strategies that align with the school’s objectives and ensure excellence in service delivery.
In this role, you would provide strategic and operational support across various areas, including School Financial Performance, Promotions and Public Relations, Human Resources, School and Student Administration, and the development of the school’s Workforce and Business Plans. You will assist in leading operational enhancements and strategic financial and budget planning to ensure the school remains well-resourced, well-maintained, and conducive to effective teaching and learning.
