Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Foreperson Painter to join our Tamworth team. There will be regular travel throughout the New England region
The Role
This is a full time permanent role. You will be on the tools and required to:
* Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely.
* Coordinate employees and equipment/materials
* Supervise employees and apprentices
* Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks, update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn
What you need to succeed
* Trade qualified painter with Commercial painting experience
* EWP licenses are desirable
* Experience in managing small painting teams
* A strong focus on safety, including using online safety systems
