Service Advisor — Insurance Repairs & Warranty (Caravans)

We're one of Australia's fastest-growing and most awarded caravan dealerships, and we're looking for a highly organised, technically minded Service Advisor to coordinate our insurance repair and warranty workflows and support our busy service team.
This role suits someone who has experience in caravan, automotive, RV, marine, machinery, or technical service environments — or someone who is mechanically minded with a background in technical sales or service coordination who is ready to step into the caravan industry.
You'll be the key link between customers, insurers, manufacturers and our workshop team, ensuring repair jobs are quoted, approved, scheduled and communicated clearly from start to finish. While warranty is part of the job, much of the role centres on job coordination, customer communication and technical problem-solving — where your practical understanding and judgement really matter.

What you'll be responsible for
* Coordinating insurance repair jobs from assessment to completion
* Managing warranty cases for new caravans
* Preparing quotes, submitting claims and tracking approvals
* Liaising with customers, insurers, assessors and manufacturers
* Scheduling work and keeping customers updated on progress
* Ensuring documentation, photos and job records are accurate
* Supporting the parts team when required

About you
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Mechanically minded or comfortable discussing technical issues
* Experience in caravan, automotive, RV, marine, machinery, technical sales or service coordination
* Able to manage multiple jobs, timelines and stakeholders
* Confident communicator who remains calm and professional under pressure
* Experience with warranty, insurance repairs or estimating is highly regarded

$65,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
