Pay: $38-$45 + per hour depending on experience
Shift: Mon - Thurs: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Fri: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker or 2nd Class Welder to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to work orders, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret work orders for fabrication tasks
* Select materials and perform welding according to specifications
* Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed products
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols
* Operate welding and lifting equipment safely
Qualifications
* Relevant welding qualifications and experience
* Ability to operate factory gantry cranes (training provided)
* Good communication skills, literacy, and numeracy
* Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
