Child Wellbeing Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with families to ensure children are safe, supported, and thriving. Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking assessments and planning to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing
* Applying professional judgement to address complex needs and risks
* Working collaboratively with other practitioners and service partners
Guided by the Best Interests Case Practice Model (BICPM), you will work in partnership with families to identify strengths and challenges, and develop tailored support plans that promote positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A degree in Social Work or equivalent
Experience supporting children and families with complex needs
