Job Overview
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of multiple programs.
* Coordinate and oversee daily operations of Regional Supported Independent Living Service, Safe Transport for Youth Program, Youth Support and Development Service, and Support to Aboriginal Youth program.
* Lead, coach, manage, and mentor a team of Case Managers/Youth Workers to deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based service.
Key qualifications include a degree in social work, social/community welfare, psychology or related field, with high-level sector knowledge and skills. Experience in leading and supervising staff in human services or youth service sectors is also required.
