ABOUT THE ROLE
NSW Ambulance is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join us as our Respect at Work Advisor. This is a newly established role in a newly formed unit, dedicated to driving proactive strategies and initiatives that support cultural change across our organisation.
As the Respect at Work Advisor, you will play a key role in implementing our positive duty obligations, providing specialist advice, designing, and delivering training, and championing initiatives that strengthen a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisation-wide change, work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, and help shape a respectful culture that empowers every member of NSW Ambulance.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
* Strong knowledge of workplace respect, discrimination, harassment, and positive duty obligations
* The ability to influence and negotiate outcomes across diverse stakeholders

* A proven track record of driving cultural change and embedding positive workplace behaviours.
