About the Role:
Working as part of an experienced site team, you will oversee the fit-out and finishes packages across large-scale residential and aged care developments, ensuring quality, programme, safety, and subcontractor coordination are delivered to a high standard. Projects are typically multi-level developments with complex fit-out stages, fast-paced programmes, and high-quality finishes, requiring a Foreman who is confident driving trades, managing defects, and maintaining programme outcomes through to handover. This role will suit someone with strong apartment, BTR/BTS, hotel, or aged care fit-out experience who enjoys working within structured Tier 2 environments on major projects.
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Foreman delivering large-scale residential, apartment, BTR/BTS, hotel, or aged care projects
* Strong fit-out and finishes experience across multi-level developments
* Ability to coordinate subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
* Experience managing defects, QA, and handover processes
* Strong understanding of OH&S and site compliance
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Stable construction background within commercial or residential builders
