**The Role**
The Junior Commercial Property Manager role is essential in driving the success of the current commercial portfolio. You will be mentored to eventually have your own portfolio. Being responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. This role will be supporting an experienced asset manager on a mixture of commercial & Industrial assets in St George/ South Sydney / Sutherland Shire.
**The Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Asset managers
- Execute strategic asset advisory and assist in the development of future acquisitions/business
- Manage existing stakeholders and ensure tenancies are maintained through negotiations, leasing, and management
- Sending invoices
- Manage tenant inquiries, arrears & leasing admin
- Manage repairs & maintenance processes
- Budgets, forecasting & analysis

**Ideal Skills/Experience**:
- Either Property management, Admin or Commercial experience
- MUST LIVE LOCAL
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential
- A tertiary qualification in property economics, business or finance is preferred but not essential
- Refined communication and reporting skills
- Excellent Time management
