What You\'ll Be Doing:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Completing administrative tasks to support customer care operations
Striving for first-contact resolution and meeting service level targets
Contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture
Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

No experience in our industry?

What You\'ll Bring:
Previous experience in customer service or support
A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
Bonus: Experience in industrial supply or trade environments
