Due to continued growth within the Project Green Group, we currently have an exciting prospect for an experienced IT Support / Cloud Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the computer servers across the group, this role works as part of the IT and Administration Support Team, integral in the installation and training of software programs and operating systems through to server maintenance and the procurement, maintenance and allocation of digital assets.
- Ensure cloud servers is operating efficiently by performing upgrades and maintenance tasks and ensuring server security is maintained at all times
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on servers as well as local devices
- Configure, deploy, support and maintain hardware & software, including the creation of user accounts, carrying out backup and recovery functions
- Assist with the purchasing of IT assets
- Maintain company network and upgrade as required
- Maintain company\'s websites and business pages
- Liaise with a range of internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Provide IT support services to remote users when required
- Documentation – Review and update SOPs and User guides
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Excellent problem and troubleshooting skills
- An excellent understanding of systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge of M365/Exchange platforms
- High level of technical knowledge of computer hardware, MAC and iOS devices, networking, mobile devices and business applications
- Must possess a current National Police Clearance
- Familiarity with Claris Filemaker platform
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms
- Familiarity with Cisco and Ubiquiti network solutions
- Basic knowledge of routine programming languages such as JS, PHP, HTML, CSS
- Advanced knowledge of cyber security best practices
