Job Description
As an Aquatic Education Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality swim lessons that cater to the needs of diverse pupils. You will work closely with pupils and parents to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging swim lessons for diverse pupils
* Maintain accurate records and conduct regular assessments
* Respond to emergencies and assist with pool safety
* Promote the facility and support its programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and parents. You must also have the following qualifications:
* Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
* Current CPR Certificate
* Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
* Current Working with Children Check
