We are seeking a full-time, permanent Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in Derby, WA. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for preparing job quotations, managing variations, addressing defects, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Prepare job quotations and manage variations.
* Address defects and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
* Oversee the delivery of maintenance services for residential and vacant properties in Derby, WA.
Qualifications
* Trade or building background preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience managing and supervising trades essential.
* Must have a current Driver\'s Licence.
* White Card essential or willing to obtain prior to appointment.
* National Police Check.
