They are looking for energetic, friendly personalities who thrive in a high volume environment to join their growing team based in Horsley Park. About the role Our client is currently seeking 10x Customer Service Officers to join their rapidly expanding team in Horsley Park. The hours for these vacancies will be either 10am-6pm OR 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday, no weekends! These are temporary opportunities with a possibility to go permanent Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be required to deliver end-to-end professional customer service over the phone and via email. Responsibilities Answering email and phone inquiries promptly Utilising Salesforce to manage cases and email queries from clients and customers Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool Tracking and tracing deliveries Updating clients on delivery performance, consignments, and tracking reports Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space About you The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and experience working within a team environment. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and be willing to give it your 100%! Requirements Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or transport role Experience using MS Office applications, Salesforce, or similar systems Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to commit to a 12pm - 8pm shift Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport.
