Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with artists, community groups, and stakeholders to develop and implement public art projects that enrich community spaces and celebrate local stories.
* Develop and oversee exhibition logistics, including contracts, installation plans, artwork handling, transportation, and condition reporting.
* Coordinate the installation and deinstallation of exhibitions, ensuring all activities meet workplace health and safety standards.
* Evaluate and maintain the care, safety, accurate documentation, and professional presentation of artworks in line with gallery standards.
Requirements for Success
* A tertiary qualification (AQF level 5 or above) in visual arts, arts administration, exhibition design, or community arts and cultural development, or relevant experience in planning and delivering exhibitions.
