We are seeking a skilled professional to support our finance and administration teams. The ideal candidate will be based at our Kyabram Office, working closely with the Financial Controller and Financial Accountants.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accuracy and alignment of transactional data from the general ledger with reporting expectations.
* Supporting ATO & Taxation requirements through diligent efforts.
* Ensuring asset registers, reconciliations & capital expenditure for the group are up-to-date and accurate.
* Providing assistance with payroll processing and associated duties.
* Conducting month end reconciliations and allocations of purchase orders.
* Supporting freight & purchase milk transactions.
* Undertaking special projects & adhoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Post Graduate qualifications in Commerce or Business preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
* Solid literacy, numeracy, communication, and computer skills.
* Demonstrating willingness to learn, initiative, and strong work ethic.
* Organised with excellent time management skills.
* Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
The successful candidate will undergo an employment medical including drug & alcohol testing, reference checks, and establishment of their right to work status in Australia.
