About the Role:
As a Mortgage Broker at Rla Commercial & Rural Finance Pty Ltd, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions.
You will manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to settlement, leveraging our extensive lender panel to source competitive loan products.
Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
Provide expert advice on home loan, refinancing, and investment lending, staying up to date with industry trends and lender policies to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 1+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar lending role;
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (Diploma preferred);
* Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset;
* Excellent knowledge of loan structures, lender products, and credit policies;
* A proactive approach to business development and lead generation;
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills;
* Results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding client services.
