About You & Desired Skills and Experience
Desired Skills and Experience: Proven leadership track record within the hospitality or food sector. Specialized sushi experience is considered a distinct and highly valued advantage. Uncompromising dedication to quality, ingredient freshness, and an elevated guest experience.
* Mandatory: current Food Safety Supervisor ticket and NSW RSA.
* Valid Driver's Licence is strictly required.
* Confident, hands‐on operator ready to establish, launch, and lead operations from day one.
