Immediate Start Available________________________________________What We Offer:Work in a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen specializing in authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine.Competitive salary and stable employment.A supportive team and professional growth opportunities.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pakistani and Indian dishes in a busy kitchen.Develop new menu items while maintaining authenticity.Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene regulations.Manage kitchen operations including monitoring inventory and coordinate with suppliers.Train and supervise junior staff.Maintain high standards of consistency, taste and presentation.Plan menu, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures.________________________________________Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in Pakistani/Indian cuisine.Certificate III + IV in Commercial Cookery / Diploma of Hospitality ManagementAbility to work under pressure in a super busy kitchen.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Understanding of Australian food safety standards.________________________________________APPLY NOW
