Qwest is on the lookout for an experienced Crane Crew Supervisor (with strong crane/rigging or mobile plant background) to join our Goldfields-based operations. You'll play a critical leadership role across key mining projects, ensuring safe, effective, and timely delivery of works in collaboration with skilled teams and top-tier clients.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise daily crane and rigging operations on various sites
* Lead a multidisciplinary team with a variety of roles and skills
* Provide expert direction and technical oversight during lifts and rigging activities
* Oversee mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment and personnel
* Monitor job progress and ensure all tasks are completed to scope and schedule
* Maintain strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery
Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in crane and rigging operations (mining industry preferred)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence – (MC or HR preferred)
* National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
