The purpose of this job is to support the efficient operation of the practice. The Practice Manager is responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality and safety aspects of the practice. This role leads the delivery of a health service recognized for exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and the highest level of clinical safety and quality. This is a key Bupa leadership role delivering exceptional performance, ensuring Bupa is loved by customers and employees love working at Bupa.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre.
* Lead the administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality and safety aspects of the practice.
* Deliver a health service recognised for exceptional customer experience and outcomes.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
* Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and strategies to improve patient experience.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's long-term strategies and goals.
* Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology (Best Practice preferred).
