We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Professional. This role will provide exceptional care and support to residents in our facilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting with daily life activities, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents
* Working collaboratively with our team to provide person-centred care and support those with complex needs
* Implementing health and wellness programs to promote active living and prevent decline
* Monitoring and reporting on resident health, providing guidance on treatment plans
* Building relationships with residents, their families, and carers
* Ensuring confidentiality and respecting individual privacy
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or related field
* Experience working in aged care or a similar setting
* Strong clinical documentation and computer skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
