About the Opportunity
The MyChoice Administrator supports the success of MyChoice Studio teams across all regions, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager. This full‑time role works Tuesday to Saturday for a 38‑hour week.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to MyChoice Studio teams in all regions.
* Produce policies, procedures and collateral for the MyChoice brand in a timely manner.
* Perform data entry, filing and other general administrative tasks associated with the role.
* Collaborate and coordinate work with colleagues from different disciplines, fostering teamwork and shared success.
* Deliver prompt and reliable administrative support so teams can focus on their key responsibilities.
About You
* Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday roster.
* Previous experience in the residential building industry and/or a background in interior design is highly regarded.
* Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
* Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
* Professional, calm and friendly manner, even during busy periods.
* Genuine interest in data entry and administration, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
