Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner closely with our Government clients to understand their hiring needs and broader business goals, allowing you to deliver tailored talent solutions.
You'll source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring the right fit for every role.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be key to your success, as will confidently managing end-to-end recruitment processes with professionalism and care and hitting account growth targets.
What you will bring to the role
Approximately 2+ years previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Specialist
Previous recruitment agency experience preferred
A passion for providing an exceptional experience for candidates and clients
A sales-driven and achievement-oriented mindset
An engaging and consultative communication style
Experience in dynamic, busy environments where priorities frequently change
Ability to remain organised and keep things on track
