The Opportunity
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Document and share children's learning and development with families.
- Contribute actively to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Participate in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
To be considered, you will have:
- Working towards Certificate III in Children's Services
- Prior experience in long day-care (desirable)
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check (for VIC state)

Welcome to Guardian Childcare & Education Wodonga, formerly Bumble Bees Childcare.
Our centre caters for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, providing a warm, inviting 'home away from home' environment for growth and development.
Our Wodonga centre features six spacious rooms grouped by age, from babies' nursery to 4-year-old kindergarten.
The outdoor area is ideal for exploration with play equipment, climbing structures, sandpits, and open space.
