Our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service supports clients and their families with life limiting illnesses at home.
The focus is on quality of life through managing complex Symptoms.
Supporting complex care at home requires nurses that have specialist abilities relating to assessments and management of clients with changing needs.

This role may suit you
This role will see you providing services to clients covering North and slightly South of Perth Metro and your base to collect consumables and attend meetings will be Kingsley/Osborne Park.
Ideally, we would be looking for someone who can commit to a Full time Position.
For this role you will have the flexibility to cover over 7 days per week, days and evenings (shift work will attract penalty rates).
Night shifts will be on an occasional basis.
In addition to an extensive orientation and education program, you will have the opportunity to work as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing palliative care within the community.

What we're looking for
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse.
Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.
You must have 2+ years of Post-Grad nursing experience.
Acute Care experience would be most desirable.
Strong interest and some experience in Palliative Care.
Current Registration with AHPRA with zero notations.
Current Working with children's Check.
Great organisational and time management skills.
Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written.
A current Full Australian driver's licence.
