Job Overview
The Warehouse Production Specialist is a key role within our organization. This full-time position is based at our location in Coffs Harbour - NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service for all customers, including walk-ins, emails, and phone calls.
* Assist with day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including processing orders, invoices, and payments.
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our warehouse.
* Operate a forklift to load customers' vehicles or perform manual tasks as required.
* Perform production operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
* Assist with deliveries when needed.
Requirements:
* Forklift license is essential.
* Strong work ethic and ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
* Experience working in fast-paced and busy environments.
