An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a growing property service!

This role is ideal for a confident sales professional with experience in real estate, property management, compliance, or related property services who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role You will be responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the Victorian real estate sector, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

This is a hands‐on BDM role focused on prospecting, relationship management, client onboarding, and strategic growth initiatives within a fast‐paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales
* Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients
* Conduct proactive phone prospecting and lead generation activities
* Qualify and convert new business opportunities
* Meet with potential clients to present and promote company services
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding
* Achieve and exceed activity and revenue‐based KPIs
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Relationship Management
* Develop strong ongoing relationships with new and existing clients
* Assist with onboarding, follow‐up calls, meetings, and client communications
* Support clients with industry updates and legislative changes
* Identify opportunities for additional growth within the existing client base
* Manage client retention and service satisfaction
Reporting & Administration
* Submit weekly sales activity reports
* Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
* Work closely with Directors and internal stakeholders
* Contribute ideas around process improvements, technology, and growth initiatives
About You
* Previous BDM, sales, or account management experience within real estate, property management, compliance, or property services
* Strong prospecting and relationship‐building skills
* Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
* Highly motivated, autonomous, and target‐driven
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong administration and time management abilities
* CRM experience preferred (Salesforce advantageous)
* Professional and confident approach with clients and stakeholders
