Manager - Digital Implementation - Environmental Health and Safety
Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services Technology Digital team continues to grow, and we are interested in speaking with talented individuals based in Melbourne with an interest and experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) IT solutions. The EHS Digital team works with our clients advising on digital solutions for our clients and our alliance software and technology partners.
You'll work with the largest sustainability consulting team in Oceania! Our multidisciplinary teams help companies understand the risks and opportunities arising from Technology Transformation and EHS issues, advising a large proportion of the ASX 200 to help them drive performance beyond their bottom line.
As an assistant manager/ manager in CCaSS Digital, you will empower clients to enhance their EHS management systems through innovative digital solutions, driving measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead engagement delivery, working with our clients to determine the best digital solution, solving client needs and building strong client relationship.
* Assist in leading client workshops to document requirements and design digital solutions.
* Guide clients through change management and adoption of new digital tools.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Proactively identify opportunities within existing engagements, contribute to proposals and pursuits, and support the conversion of opportunities into revenue.
Skills and attributes for success
* Experience implementing IT, ERP, EHS or ESG solutions.
* Experience delivering design workshops, creating testing, training and change materials. Experience contributing to markets activities.
* Experience managing multiple engagements, maintaining overall accountability for scope, budget, quality and outcomes, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
Additional desired skills and attributes
* Strong delivery knowledge of multiple integrated workstreams, e.g. design, build, test, data, change management, transition etc.
* Understand the software delivery lifecycle.
* Capability to build relationships quickly and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
