What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support a busy, high-performing real estate team. This role is suited to a calm, capable individual who excels at managing priorities, maintaining structure, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
The role will include:
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks associated with marketing, listing, and selling property. Templates and systems are ready and at your fingertips. You will be trained within our office and included in weekly admin / sales team meetings. You will have the opportunity to attend quarterly training provided by experienced trainers and motivational speakers, as well as attending our annual Blackshaw awards night to celebrate achievements accomplished throughout the year.
The successful candidate should have the following:
* Professionally presented with strong attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Consistent, dependable, and highly reliable
* Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
* Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and experience
* Proactive with the ability to show initiative
* Positive team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative work environment
* Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Genuine passion for Real Estate and teamwork
* Real Estate Registration is an advantage
* Previous Real Estate administration experience
* Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills
