Our client is a leading national retailer seeking a Change and Communications Lead for a 6 months initial engagement. You will be working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days onsite, rest WFH) and there will be free onsite parking available.

**Description**:
- ** Transformation Opportunity Delivery**: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders (internal and external partners) to deliver Change, Comms and Training for cross-functional strategic opportunities as part of our new enterprise-wide data program.
- ** Change Management**
- Design and implement Change Management strategy and plans for the whole program and individual initiatives, delivering change activities across culture, roles, processes, and technology.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments to deliver end to end change maximising program adoption and usage, drive behaviour and compliance, whilst minimising resistance to new enterprise-wide data program and other competing priorities.
- Prepare readiness plans, including communications, around process and system changes to help minimise the people impacts and optimise the value for future capability.
- Track and monitor the success value of the change enablement via surveys and other feedback mechanisms, ensuring it delivers to agreed metrics, product, and process knowledge gaps.
- ** Communication Management**
- Develop single integrated communication plan that exists for enterprise-wide data program as well as each initiative that incorporates change impacts across the spectrum from ELT through to impacted teams.
- Execute on the enablement and communication plan that will focus on adoption and seamless execution.
- ** Training**
- Work with GM(Data and Intelligence), Head of Transformation and Head of Capability(P&C) to develop training strategies and plans, taking into consideration business needs and resources.
- Work with P&C and Third-Party providers to deliver on the training strategies to uplift capability
**Experience**:
- Extensive experience in a change manager role. FMCG industry experience preferred
- Experience in design and delivery of practical and outcomes focussed approach for large scale change
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver impactful change plans
- Successfully embedded cultural, technology, process and new ways of working changes
- Being able to influence at senior level but also to work operationally with the programs and wide business stakeholder network. Designed creative change interventions across wide range of audiences to engage people and for the change 'to stick'
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with excellent active listening skills
- In-depth understanding of change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle and aligning change approach to various project phases
- Successfully managed complex projects that involve multiple cross functional areas, teams (including vendors), technologies and critical systems.
