Our client is seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join their busy dental practice located in Joondalup. Known for providing quality care with a personal touch, this well-established clinic offers a warm, professional environment for both patients and staff.
This is a permanent, full-time position across 4 days per week (35.5 hours total). This role is for someone with solid call centre or phone-based sales experience looking to apply their strong customer service and selling skills in a stable, people-focused, medical environment.
Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism
Handling calls and patient bookings
Providing information to patients regarding treatments and services
Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
Assisting with patient follow-ups and scheduling
Using dental practice software and adapting to current systems as required
Qualifications
Previous call centre experience
A background in the dental or healthcare industry
Strong customer service skills
Proficient computer skills and adaptability to practice software
Sales experience or an understanding of patient conversion
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing mentorship
