As a Development Manager at GemLife, you will:
- ** Lead the delivery** of exceptional projects across our expanding portfolio.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships** with both internal and external stakeholders, including our in-house construction teams.

**What We're Looking For**:
- A degree in property economics, business, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of development management experience, with a proven track record managing projects over $5 million.
- Expertise in **land and built-form development**, planning, design, and end-to-end project management.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working with **QLD local councils** and familiarity with town planning processes.
- A self-motivated, passionate individual ready to manage multiple projects at various stages.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee development projects from conception to completion.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and project approvals.
- Lead the project team to ensure milestones are met and strategic goals aligned.
- Prepare estimates, manage resources, and maintain budgets.
- Be innovative, creative, and as a team solve challenges.
