About the Role
You'll work closely with the Aged & Community Care team to deliver culturally safe, person-centred nursing care, ensuring the health, dignity, and wellbeing of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and care plans
* Administer medications and manage wound care
* Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health conditions
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
* Communicate effectively with families, residents, and the broader care team
