As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilize your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in‐person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role that will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
This is a full‐time, branch‐based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday.

You will welcome customers, engage in conversations, uncover needs, provide tailored banking solutions in‐person or over the phone, refer to specialised banking teams, and empower customers to make the most of their finances.
Requirements
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with experience working to targets.
* Resilience and the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
* Comfortable working towards sales/referral targets and calling customers over the phone.
* Numerical capability, including proficiency with cash handling and counting, and accurate completion of financial transactions.
* Energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people.
* The willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
