What we're looking for
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes
