About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll manage a diverse commercial portfolio, act as a trusted advisor to your clients, and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet complex needs. You'll work closely with underwriters and internal stakeholders to deliver results and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
* Provide strategic risk advice and place a wide range of insurance programs
* Maintain strong market and insurer relationships
* Offer mentorship to junior team members
* Negotiate renewals and new business with a solutions-oriented approach
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years proven experience in a similar Insurance Broker or Account Manager role
* Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance lines
* The ability to work autonomously on complex & challenging policies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification essential
* A proactive and client-focused approach to account management
