Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Full Stack Developer / Data EngineerThis is a long-term contract role for 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extensions, located at our client’s ACT, NSW, or VIC offices with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 full days in the office per week, with remote work negotiable upon commencement and formalised through a Working from Home Agreement).As the selected candidate, you will:• Collaborate with development teams and product owners to create innovative software solutions• Create and enhance new/existing front-end and back-end software products and applications• Design and develop .Net integrations using business services, workflows, integration objects, XML, web services, and OPEN UI• Work with APIs, databases, proxies, version control systems, and third-party applications• Contribute to agile software development, DevOps practices, and resolution of production incidents and defects• Identify and progress risks, issues, and opportunities for the business• Analyse data, write complex Oracle SQLs, and support performance tuning and debugging (including FDR/Crash reports)To be successful in this role you should have:• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing, developing and implementing multiple business solutions, supported by relevant IT qualifications/certifications• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, REST API, Angular, Typescript, CSS, JSON, Oracle, SQL, AWS, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Gherkin, Selenium, SDLC, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code• Experience working as a Full Stack Developer, Analyst Programmer, and SQL Developer• Proficiency in developing single-page applications hosted on Azure Web App using ReactJS, AngularJS, and known front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)• Experience with server-side languages including Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .NET• Sound knowledge and experience in Agile delivery practices• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve incidents and production issuesIt is desirable if you have:• Adaptability to emerging technologies and tools, with a strong interest in web development• Good understanding of databases, frameworks, design principles, and algorithms• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage professionally with clients• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment using Agile methodology, and to make transparent, collaborative decisionsDue to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline clearance.Apply now for immediate consideration – contact Param Kaur on 02 6268 9781 quoting Job Reference: #266350.The closing date for this role is on Monday, 06th May 2025.Expression of Interest for other Full Stack Developer / Data Engineer roles will remain open until 15 May 2025.Please note: Only candidates that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
