The Role:
The Listings Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Listings function to agrees levels of performance at the Youth Court.
The Listings Manager will ensure the effective, efficient and timely listing and disposition of all matters lodged with the Court.The Listings Manager will through consultation with the Judge, other Magistrates, the legal profession, SA Police and other user agencies is responsible for the efficient listing of matters and the effective usage of facilities to meet Court and court user needs.
The role includes the listing, prioritisation and allocation of matters, generation of statistical reports, data entry and management of general Registry services in both the criminal and care and protection jurisdictions
Remuneration:
ASO4 ($76,561-$80,256 per annum)
Special Conditions:
The following special conditions apply to this position:
* Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
* This role is identified as a Prescribed Position and the successful applicant is required to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to employment with the CAA, which must be renewed every five years before expiry. WWCC's can be obtained through the Department of Human Services (DHS) Screening Unit
* Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory
* As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process
