About the Role
This is a hands‐on role working alongside experienced fencers and tradespeople on residential fencing projects. Experience with fencing is ideal, but not essential — we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and construction experience.
Duties
* Assisting with the installation of fencing and gates across residential sites.
* General construction and labouring duties.
* Working on projects such as picket fences, boundary fencing, retaining walls and bespoke designs.
* Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.
* Following instructions and contributing positively to the team.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a skilled labourer or in construction/trades.
* Fencing experience preferred but not compulsory.
* Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
* Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work.
* Ability to work well within a small team.
* White Card and valid driver's licence.
* Based in or near Sydney's North Shore (or willing to travel locally).

* Trial to Permanent opportunity.
* Start as a casual, subcontractor, or trial employee, with the option to move into a full‐time role.
