Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage single storey builds across the Eglinton region.
*About You:*
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 3 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor for a residential home builder, in WA
* Strong trade background held in high regard
* A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
* Confident to work autonomously given the area of the builds.
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
* Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homes
* Allocate materials and trades to job sites
* Ensure timely construction of new homes
* Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
* Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
* Maintain and updating company systems
* Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
* Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
