A rare leadership opportunity is now available within a highly regarded agency located in the Eastern Suburbs. Now seeking an experienced Team Leader / Senior Property Manager to oversee a very small, tidy residential portfolio while supporting and guiding a growing team.

Working closely with the General Manager, this role offers a balance of leadership, systems, and hands-on property management within a modern, structured environment.

The Role:

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role offers a balance of leadership, strategy, and lifestyle. You will oversee a structured property management team while managing a very small, tidy portfolio, within a POD system where escalations and complex matters are shared at a senior level.

This position is suited to an experienced Team Leader / Senior Property Manager, or a high-performing Property Manager ready to step into leadership with full mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and support a property management team
* Oversee workflows, performance, and compliance
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
* Implement and improve systems, processes, and workflows
* Act as an escalation point for higher-level matters
* Provide reporting and operational insights to leadership

About You:

* Background in residential property management
* Team Leader or Senior Property Manager experience highly regarded
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Organised, solutions-focused, and confident handling escalations
* Certificate of Registration is essential
