About the role
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our Jimmy Choo David Jones Bourke Street boutique. If you thrive in a luxury environment, love connecting with clients, and have an eye for detail and styling, this could be your perfect fit.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a world‑class boutique experience by:
* Creating exceptional, personalized customer experiences
* Driving sales and contributing to store KPIs
* Building strong client relationships and supporting clienteling initiatives, including appointment bookings
* Assisting with day‑to‑day store operations such as visual merchandising and stock activities
About you
* 2+ years' experience in fashion retail (luxury experience an advantage)
* A strong understanding of specialty retail, including visual merchandising and store operations
* Confident computer and POS skills
* A natural ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
* Mandarin language skills (highly regarded, but not essential)
