We are a rapidly developing business specializing in high-quality tire products. We are looking for a Systems Support Officer to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot IT problems to ensure timely and effective resolution for end users.
- Support system upgrades, patches, backups, and security updates.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new software systems, including ERP and inventory platforms.
- Liaise with third-party IT vendors and service providers as required.
- Maintain documentation for systems configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Promote and support cybersecurity awareness among staff, and assist with ensuring data protection practices.
- Assist with tracking IT assets, software licenses, and inventory used by staff.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in information technology or computer science.
- At least 2 years' experience in a systems support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management platforms is highly regarded.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
