Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting ADF personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our military personnel.
* You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support the journey from rehabilitation to healing.
* Perform a variety of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments, depending on your area of clinical expertise.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
* Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans tailored to each individual's needs.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking individuals with strong clinical reasoning, ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams, and passion for helping people rehabilitate.
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW).
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
* Australian Citizenship.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
