About Us
At LVLY, we're not just in the business of flowers — we're in the business of making someone's day.
We're guided by values that are the heartbeat of everything we do:
Lead with kindness
Be the sunshine
Different strengths, shared goals
Be better, always growing
Make someone's day
About the Role
We're looking for contract florists to join our LVLY team for the busy Valentine's season and beyond. You'll be creating beautiful, hand-tied bouquets and signature LVLY arrangements that spread joy to customers across Australia.
This role suits florists at any stage of their career — whether you're experienced and after flexible hours, or just starting out and eager to learn. Experience in a similar environment is a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude. We value great energy, reliability, and a genuine love for creating quality work as part of a supportive team. That's the part of your story that stands out to us here at LVLY.
A Bit About You
You really, really love flowers — and it shows. Whether you've been in floristry for years or have just finished your Cert III and are eager to grow your experience, you take pride in creating beautiful moments for our customers and their loved ones.
We care more about the right attitude than a perfect resume. If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and love being part of a supportive, creative team, you'll fit right in.
You'll thrive here if you:
Have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in a collaborative team
Love creating hand-tied bouquets and arrangements that are in line with LVLY's aesthetic
Care about quality and creating memorable customer experiences
Are reliable, flexible, and happy to jump in when things get busy (especially around Valentine's Day)
What We Offer
Flexible weekday shifts (Monday to Friday), around 1–3 shifts per week – perfect if you have a second job to work around
Opportunities to grow your hours and responsibilities over time
Supportive and friendly team environment
A creative space where your work genuinely makes people smile
You'll need a current ABN and your own insurance (or be willing to arrange these if successful)
Must be available to work during the week of 9th February (Valentine's prep week)
Hourly rate for the first 3 training shifts, then payment based on output
Hold Certificate III in floristry and previous experience working as a florist.
