About The Role: Start date: now; 100% cropping; Machinery operation including tractors, headers, seeders, sprayers; Machinery maintenance and workshop duties; General farm duties as required; Size of team: 8 About You: Must be experienced in broadacre cropping; Happy to train/develop in some machinery operations; Must be a grounded individual with an open mind; Keenness and willingness to learn and contribute; Ability to work well with others in a team environment; A great work ethic and a desire to want to get the job done; Current drivers licence C manual required, HR desirable; Non-smokers preferred.
