Due to continued growth across North Queensland, we are seeking experienced FIFO Industrial Electricians to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major mining projects within a safety‑focused, well‑resourced, and supportive organisation.

The Role
As part of our electrical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance and installation services across remote site operations while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown repairs
* Install, test, and commission electrical systems and equipment
* Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and site procedures
* Complete job cards, maintenance reports, and documentation accurately
* Follow remote site operational procedures
* Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
* Identify potential issues and escalate to supervisors to prevent delays
About You
* Previous experience in mining or heavy industrial environments (preferred)
* Strong understanding of remote site work practices (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and workmanship
Mandatory Requirements
* Current NT and/or QLD Electrical Licence
* Manual Driver’s Licence
* EWP High Risk Work Licence (WP)
* Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Current CPR/LVR Certificate (within 12 months)
* G1 – Apply Risk Management Certificate
* Working at Heights Certificate (within 3 years)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
